RJED Consulting Pty Ltd trading as Dyring Export & Research Developments has been assisting clients with their R&D tax incentive (R&D) and Export Market Development Grant (EMDG) applications since 1986. Robert Dyring (Bob) is a registered tax agent who specializes in the R&D tax incentive and a member of the National Tax and Accountants Association (NTAA) and the Export Consultants Association.
Before commencing in private practice, Bob had a career in the Australian Public Service, in particular the Export Grants Board from 1980-85 and the Industry Research and Development Board from 1985-86.
Bob established a business consultancy practice with an associate in 1986 and worked in this business until 1994. Bob then established his own business consultancy assisting clients in the area of R&D tax incentives and EMDG in 1995.
He has a Business Studies in Accounting qualification and is a registered tax agent for the R&D tax incentive.
The consultancy practice is specialist advisors and consultants with the R&D tax incentive and export grants schemes. The business currently assists more than 100 applicants annually Australia wide in obtaining R&D tax incentive and EMDG assistance.

John Tsoucalas
John Tsoucalas B.Eng (Electronic), MBA, MAICD
John has had over 20 years’ experience in management positions at Telstra, Pacific Dunlop, Reserve Bank of Australia, and Oliver J Nilsen, responsible for R&D, marketing, sales, and export development. Since 1998 John has consulted to major companies, central banks and Governments in Japan, UK, USA, EU and South America, and has been instrumental in facilitating several international partnerships in the security printing, currency consulting and telecommunications markets.
The commercialisation of technology has been Johns theme throughout his career, including commercial success in paperless compliance solution, powerline communications systems, polymer banknote technology, nano/MEM technologies and covert banknote security technologies, to name a few. Many of these successes involved developing commercialisation plans, raising venture capital funds, winning substantial Government grants and numerous R&D tax credits
